I was just pulled the plug in half and I have no idea where to buy candles for them. I bought in a nursery, which is now bankrupt. Thank you.

You should be able to go to any hardware store and buy a late substitute. You should be able to have is in choosing the right one. Or cut the head off and take it with you to the hardware store and show them what you want. That would be all that you have to do, you should replace the plug.
