There are two ways this problem can be interpreted. One of them during the last mission (where Gordor Styler is destroyed before the battle with Entei) and actually Entei after beating credits and key elements.
1. Capturing Entei is more difficult than before, like Entei need 17 cycles instead of 13th I am sure that it is almost the same as before, other than that which may have an additional attack. Try to catch Medicham Vaporeon and a staircase in the middle of the ruins, and the first use of a bubble Vaporeon to catch Entei, then quickly create Medicham with reducing the number of cycles in half.
2. After the game against Gordor back, where they were beaten. There will be a "Drowzee Man" two Drowzee. Talk to him and asks if you want to participate in the "Capture Kobern.
