Sports bra is not really much work, unless it has two of them (I am a DD). There are times I wish it were not so tall and was wearing a sports bra on. The only way I can hide in the gym to wear when I meant the high impact strength sports bra for the race (I have a at) Kohl's, athlete under a normal tank top.
Umm .. HUN feel with D cups, which is almost impossible .. :) But if you want, at least a little flat, you can try on a bra sports bra has it then, especially the bands, an ace wrap, very hard, but not enough to hurt.
Note beside my friend told me to tape a bra to use! but I do not think so.

Wear a bra or a shirt in sports bra built in and wear a sports jacket with flaps in the chest. What makes a good job of reporting on, and if you have a longer jacket, then take care of your hips to take.

Yes, you use a bra for sport! It works very well and does not hurt! Avoid causing the authentic recording or otherwise, the problems can!
